Strand Assessment - Subtraction

This flexible resource is designed to be used as an aid to assessing gaps in Subtraction understanding.

The test can be done with small groups or individuals, as a written test or administered verbally.

The test is based on the content of the CanDoMaths Subtraction units in years 1, 2 and 3. It had been designed around the manageable steps in years 1, 2 and 3 and most steps have a question.

Questions in Part 2 relate to year 2 

Questions in Part 3 relate to year 3.
